If you or a member of your group cancels on the day of the tour and has only paid the deposit, please understand that this deposit is not refundable on same-day cancellations. In the event that full payment has been made before the day of the excursion, and a cancellation occurs on the same day, the payment corresponding to the visitor who canceled will be lost.
However, we understand that unforeseen health issues may arise and in such cases we offer a compassionate refund policy. In the event that the cancellation is due to health-related issues, we will issue a refund of the affected visitor’s deposit or full payment, provided we receive an official letter from the cruise doctor as valid proof of the health issue. Our goal is to ensure a fair and empathetic approach to unexpected situations, while maintaining the integrity of our programming and operations.
The meeting time will be 1 hour after the disembarkation gates open (if you booked privately, You can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as your boat docks). You will go to the exit door of the port. Once there, look for the Roatan Dubons Tours sign, which our driver will have.

MAHOGANY BAY:
When you disembark the ship, head to the duty-free shop. Walk, then go up the hill and turn left towards the taxi park. Once there, turn left towards the exit door of the port. Go up the hill and we will be waiting for you with the ROATAN DUBONS TOURS sign. If you feel like you can’t make it up the hill to get to the departure gate, you can take a taxi for $2 per person to where we are waiting for you. Simply let the taxi driver know that you booked with ROATAN DUBONS TOURS and they will take you to where we are.
PORT OF ROATAN (COXEN HOLE):
When you disembark the ship, head to the shopping area and turn right under the double staircase. You will find the independent tour operators section. They will aggressively try to sell you a tour, just tell them you are already booked with ROATAN DUBONS TOURS. Once you are at the end of this section, turn left and then right towards the port departure gate #1. We will be waiting across the street with the ROATAN DUBONS TOURS sign. Please do not go with anyone who is not wearing a Roatan Dubons Tours t-shirt. Once you disembark, you will head to the port exit gate and look for the signs for Roatan Dubons Tours. The meeting time is 45 minutes after the disembarkation gates open.
