Booking and Payment Policy

All reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized channels. Payments are securely processed through PayPal using a credit card or PayPal account. To confirm your booking, you may choose one of the following options: ➤ Full payment (100%) at the time of booking, or ➤ Partial payment (30%) to reserve your tour, with the remaining balance to be paid as instructed prior to or on the day of the tour. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If a cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather or port conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Cruise Ship Schedule Policy

Our tours are carefully planned according to cruise ship schedules. We monitor arrival and departure times daily and guarantee a timely return to the cruise port. In the event of unexpected schedule changes, we will adjust pickup times when possible.

Safety and Responsibility Policy

Guest safety is our top priority. All tours are conducted with professional drivers and experienced local guides. Guests are required to follow guide instructions at all times for their safety. Roatán Dubón’s Tours is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

Wildlife Interaction Policy

Wildlife interaction follows local park rules and regulations. Animals are observed in a respectful and safe environment. Touching or holding animals is not guaranteed and depends on park regulations.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that may affect safety, Roatán Dubón’s Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour. In such cases, alternative options or refunds will be offered.
