By booking your Roatan experience with us, you agree to the following operational and safety policies.

Booking & Secure Payments

To provide you with maximum flexibility, we offer two secure ways to confirm your adventure:

Flexible Deposit

Secure your spot with only a 10% reservation deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in person upon arrival.

Full Pre-payment

Pay 100% in advance for a seamless, experience on your tour day.

All financial transactions are handled exclusively through PayPal. Our payment gateway ensures that all data is encrypted; Roatan Dubon's Tours does not collect or store your credit card or bank details on our servers.

Transactions are secured by PayPal's global encryption standards.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tour details and pickup instructions.

Arrival & Pickup Logistics

Mahogany Bay Port

Approx. 15-minute walk (1.2 km). Our staff will be waiting with a Roatan Dubon's Tours sign just below the entrance gate.

Town Center Port (Coxen Hole)

Approx. 5-minute walk. Our staff will be waiting with a Roatan Dubon's Tours sign just outside the exit gate.

Punctuality: Please locate our staff within 40 minutes after disembarkation to ensure a timely departure.

On-Time Return Guarantee

We guarantee a punctual return to the port. After your tour, we will transport you back with ample time before your ship's departure, ensuring a worry-free experience in Roatan.
